Is it possible to make an HDV on dual layer DVD-R in Adobe Encore?

Also, I am assuming Dual Layer would be a 40 minute DVD?

dear friend at soon i will product my first dvd-r with structure of hd dvd.
i have negative feedback about the compatiblity on european hd dvd player.
the compatiblity is now limited just a firmware.
i hope to have a positive information on european user this forum.
in this thread i see user american

As far as I know... Ulead Movie Factory 6, and Pinnacle studio 7 are the only editors that will do hybrid HD DVD's.

DL disks are about 40 minutes at a bitrate of 25000, but I have found that you can drop to 19000 without noticing too much quality drop and get 50 minutes on a disk.
