Rimage DVD Duplicator HELP
 

We own a Rimage DTP 1500 and recently moved it to a new computer. We followed the instructions to install the software. When we start the production server up, it doesn't see the printer. I know that the autoloader runs through printer. We have owned this machine for 3 years now and I feel like I have been through this before and it is just a setting that is not right, but I can't remember. Rimage wont talk to me since they just stopped talking calls on this machine. I have replaced all of the cables, so I know it's not that. I am taking a shot in the dark that someone on here knows what needs to be done.

I have a different Rimage Printer. However, my first thought is you may need to download an updated printer driver from Rimage Support.

Thanks for responding. We have downloaded all of the updates, I believe that we have the current printer driver.

The computer sees the printer. I can even run a head cleaning. It just doesn't show the printer when I start up the production server.
