Capturing from a DVD on Ppro 1.5

Here is my problem:

I need to capture from a DVD in my NLE.
I have the Matrox RT. 10 running on Ppro 1.5.1
I know there is a way but I forgot the wire setup, I have tried everything could anyone help ?
