DVD won't play in Blu-Ray player
 

I burned a dvd containing video a client shot on vacation. There are no menus, the main track is set to first play. The DVD plays fine on my dvd player but the client says it won't play on his Sony Blu-Ray player (that's around 6 months old). The only two things I can think of is that it wants a menu or its some sort of anti piracy protection that won't play consumer burned video. Any thoughts?

it should work as long as you used DVD-R disk and the disk contains VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS and has a minimum content of 1GB
