Final Cut Pro to DVD Studio Pro
 

What is the absolute best method for bringing footage over from Final Cut Pro to DVD Studio Pro for mass release? Everyone has their methods, but most seem contradictory to another's. Time is not a constraint. I need the least amount of recompression, etc. Can someone give me the rundown on a step-by-step basis. Thanks a lot!
