DVD Studio Pro External Video Preview

Blackmagic Intensity Pro Capture card


Manual says I can preview to an external monitor but I only have: Simulator Window and Cinema Desktop Preview listed in Preferences. Does anyone know how to invoke this feature or if it's an issue with certain capture/output cards. Monitor works fine with FCP 5.1.4.
