Yours was another one that I watched three times. It is a relaxing piece, and I kept wondering how you did the animation of the eyes and the smile at the end. Very pleasing to watch, and I'm on record as not liking "art films." But maybe I'm getting sensitive in my old age. Well done. Dick |

The eyes weren't as hard to do as you might think. The HARDEST part was sitting in front of that @#$% camera for that four minutes trying to keep my eyes wide open. If you know a little about Photoshop (or, really, any photo editor) and using a track matte in Premiere, you've got it made. A track matte is what I used in the last DVC to get the videos to display on some big windows as I was walking by them. The smile on the sun god was just photo manipulation and using a gradient wipe with the right bitmap. PM me if you want to know about track mattes or such. Be more than happy to show you. Ed. |
