I'm shading an Oracle/Java One show here in SF. Sony DFS 700 flypack, DXC 35 cameras and a couple of nice Sierra routers. AV companies used to love the DFS series 'cause they could adapt to composite, component or S video but as production switchers they kinda sucked. Anyway, musing on the Tricaster, (I've been a fan of NewTek aever since the first toaster cards. Realtime video through an Amiga running on 8 Mb of ram!), I was thinking that if you added a router and a ScreenPro, (even a Presentation Pro) you would have a real nice system for corporate events with that Tricaster. Record and I-Mag.
