I am currently (hopefully) putting together a mobile with JVC HM 790 cameras. Maybe the HM 100 could work for your option. Also planning on using the Tricaster which has multiview and streaming capability. With either of these options, you don't necessarily need the extra monitor because they have nice displays.

I'm shading an Oracle/Java One show here in SF. Sony DFS 700 flypack, DXC 35 cameras and a couple of nice Sierra routers. AV companies used to love the DFS series 'cause they could adapt to composite, component or S video but as production switchers they kinda sucked. Anyway, musing on the Tricaster, (I've been a fan of NewTek aever since the first toaster cards. Realtime video through an Amiga running on 8 Mb of ram!), I was thinking that if you added a router and a ScreenPro, (even a Presentation Pro) you would have a real nice system for corporate events with that Tricaster. I use Wirecast as well as Procaster (Livestream), Producer Pro (Ustream), JustinTV. Both Mac and Windows boxes.
