Do you need a minimum amount of posts to enter? And what is the entry fee?

You're not too late to enter; the cutoff occurs when Dylan posts the theme. One time we had so many people signing up he thought he might have to impose an early cutoff, but it worked out.

There is no minimum post count or fee. You're in! :)

I read in past contests there's a cash pool - what are the basics for that? Or are you doing that for #8? Can't find a FAQ, so sorry for the queries.

You must be referring to the donations for charity. At Christmastime Dylan likes to run a Challenge where the winner gets to choose a charity and he sends the donated money there.

We used to donate to the DV Challenge to help with expenses. (Gosh, I haven't done that in a long time!) You can also buy T-shirts if he still has them.

Other than that, there's no money involved.
