Just to clarify, are the films due the evening of the 4th (before the 5th)? Or BY the 4th (evening of the 3rd? Thanks for the info!

Now I'm confused. Just discovered there are 2 websites, ones a blog the other is a wordpress site.. Opening title for the film should be "TheDVChallenge.com presents" or "The DV Presents" (Rule 11 on the Worpress site) Which site should use.

Mark, I keep forgetting to ask Dylan to correct the omission on Wordpress--that's the new one to replace the old blogspot. Therefore, we won't be getting too sticky about it either way, but it should read, "The DV Challenge Presents." If anyone uses the old dot com it's not a big deal but the mistake on Wordpress wouldn't even make sense. Sorry about that, folks.

When the films are uploaded, send the link to thedvchallenge@gmail.com. Subject line should include: DVC22, "Your Name," "Your Film Title." And if anyone sends them saying exactly that you are disqualified! (Just kidding.) :)

In the body of the email please make it easy on us for pasting when we release the films by single-spacing the following:

Your Name
Name of Film
Link

Hey Frank! I personally put my DVC entries as "unlisted", so that way it stays hidden until the unveiling of the films during judging. You will still have a link to provide to Lorinda, and then when she publishes it everyone can watch your film. Once the competition starts, then I switch it to public, but I like to keep it hidden until the start of the judging. Not sure if there is any rule about it, just my preference. Hope that helps! Looking forward to seeing your film!
