High Steel - The Bridges of Campo Creek
Here's my newest video. Please take a look and tell me what you think. (Edit: This is now the new, revised version.)
Part of a series featuring historic sites and structures along the former San Diego & Arizona Railway. In this video we'll take a look at a pair of large, riveted steel viaducts, including the spectacular “High Bridge" over Campo Creek. And there's also a brief look at two lesser items of interest - a small deck bridge over Highway 94, and an old concrete call box at Division. Re: High Steel - The Bridges of Campo Creek
A very interesting look at something that would otherwise be easily driven past. Quite enjoyable subject matter.
There is a shot at 3:46 of a construction plaque that, in normal casual/enjoyment mode of watching, I almost got to read the year of construction before the shot changed back. I had to go back to watch it again. There are other similar cutaway shots like this. Any chance of making them longer in duration? Andrew |
Re: High Steel - The Bridges of Campo Creek
Thanks. I did make two of those brief cutaway shots a little longer, and posted the revised version above.
