Clipwrap 2.2 will not handle Pre Rec Clips from the Panasonic HDC-SD700:
 

When I try to convert clips which has been recored in "Pre Rec" mode on my Panasonic HDC-SD700 Clipwrap does not convert it properly. It all turns out black. Any ideas?

I am not sure, but I guess it happens every time. The clips though, can still play back correctly from the camera (forgot to mention that)....
