simple video clip maker?
 

Can anyone suggest something I can use?

I'm looking for something really simple, where I can open an avi, set in and out points, and then output that clip in a format that I cna upload to a blog?

really that's all I need :-)

I just can't be bothered to start premiere etc for such a simple thing!

oh yes, preferably free!

If your looking for really simple, and free, windows movie maker is free, it is installed on all computers with XP. It is a simple program, and seems to work for simple internet stuff.
