I have had the DN60 for a few weeks now and all has been fine until tonight its all connected correctly but in record mode its flashing bad input I have tried another firewire cable but its just the same, its been working fine any ideas please

Hello Ian.

I've recently started using DN-60s on my cameras. It's good you got the issue resolved. Would you mind elaborating a little in case anyone else runs into your issue?

To make the DN60 work correctly you MUST follow the steps starting up and shutting down. Any deviation and the DN60 will not record. You also need to use the shortest possible FireWire cable.

the camera Iam using the internal battery was low so when I changed battery the camera went back to factory set so iLink was set wrong changed it and away we went again
