NNovia healthy ?
I’m not here to flame anyone but if one gages the activity written here on nNovia when compared to Focus or Sony products one might assume that nNovia is a product past it’s prime. Or is it so rock solid that those using it never have many issues. Granted the Sony MRC1K is new and Focus appears to upgrade their products on a regular basis. It leaves me wondering whether I should invest in them or someone else for a tapeless solution.
Can anyone shed light on that? |
IMHO, nNovia did a reasonable job when HDv was popular. These days, HD formatted material, in the mxf format at 35-100mbps, is de rigeur. nNovia has not met this format in any way, shape or form. Unless they can rise to this level they're passe.

nNovia is now part of Datavideo Corporation.
