Convergent Website - Can't activate ?
 

Hi guys

I have registered for the Convergent website but got this message when I go to activate

"You do not have access to view this tab within the portal"

Anyway seen this before I have to get on the blower to the states ??

Now resolved. I think there were some web gremlins in the house!

I had this issue as well. In case anyone else is having it just email CD and they will fix it.

I have been briefed on some of the problems that our website is having.

And I now have the ability to fix some of these problems when they occur.
