After Effect Comp settings
 

I recentlly read a nice review of how to set up a comp in AE (size, Pixel aspect ratio, which field first,etc), for using in an HD project in Premiere cs3. I thought it was on the cineform forum here, but searching didn't find it, either here or other places.

I was hoping someone here could help me with those instructions or steer me toward that article.
