I've been on an extended search for the best tool/way that will downsize HDV 16:9 master footage to SD NTSC widescreen format.

It's time to use the short Neo trial.

What exact settings should I use in order to obtain the best possible results?

Is Neo still going to be submerged/combined with a Go Pro/cineform product?
