Prospect HD Ver-4 Beta 213 - Expired?
 

I just returned from a three week trip to China. I updated Premiere Pro CS4 to 4.1.0, unistalled the previous Prospect HD 4 beta and installed 213. Now I get the old "Evaluation period is over message when I open First light. What's going on here?

How about it Cineform? I placed a ticket too.

Do you have v4 license? It is no longer a beta release. While there is still work to do for CS4 (new build tomorrow smoothes things out some more,) Prospect is not just for CS4. If you do have v4 license, and it is not working, then support will follow up shortly.

When I purchased Prospect HD I was told I qualified for the upgrade to Prospect HD 4.0. I tried my serial and key. No luck. Please advise.

Then you need to get a new key issued. Support will handle that, just make the message clear that is what you are looking for.
