Does NeoScene convert already captured footage?

I looked over Cineform website but I'm afraid I missed it somewhere...can Neo Scene convert already captured footage?

Neo Scene can convert HDV from tape, and from file common HDV and AVCHD format (M2T, M2TS & MTS.) It also has support for the Canon 5D Mk-II. All other pro camera formats are only in NEO HD and above.
