Aspect HD and Aja Xena...MAJOR ISSUES!!!
 

Anyone at Cineform in the Support Centre?
I have ticket number 611-5988408 and still no solution.
I have provided more information about the issue that I am having but it seems to take a long time to get any response form Cineform.

We are still going through support backlog since NAB. Send a reminder just in case.

Note: AJA in Aspect HD only supports capture through HDLink and you will need the AJACapture.ax filter. Unfortunately that AJA filter is buggy and we had to remove it from the latest distribution as broken non-AJA users. If you have the AJACapture.ax component, it will be in C:\Program Files\CineForm\AspectHD, and it will need to be registered (regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\CineForm\AspectHD\AJACapture.ax".) If you don't have the AJA filter or you trying to do something these, ping on support again.
