XL-H1 Edit output to SD
 

I am fine tuning my workflow from the XL-H1 to SD output. Wanted to get
your thoughts on it, and if you could please point out any mistakes you see along my path to SD.

1. Capture 1440x1080HDV on FCP 5.0
2. Edit on FCP 5.0
3. Export a Quicktime Movie with the compressor of "None"
4. Import into After Effects and resize to 720x486.
5. Export a Quicktime Movie with the compressor of "None"
6. Import into Media 100i
7. Playback to tape.
