Bottom Edge of Screen Flickering?!
 

I've noticed that in my first few edits of my A1 footage, i'm getting a flickering, sometimes showing a bit of white, and particualrly bad especially visible when I have scaled down to screens (split screen look) side by side. I've only been recording in DV not HDV and importing into Final Cut Pro 4.5.
Does anyone know what could be causing this problem - is it a camera or a software thing? I also record on Sony Premium tapes.

I've shot some SD with the XH A1 and haven't seen it. Using FCP 5.1.4.

Martin, I have that flickering issue too and it's driving me crazy. I've spent probably 20 hours trying to figure out why and still I'm nowhere near a fix. Let me know if you figure it out.
