How do I/can I reset all the settings on my A1? I've got the poor thing so messed up that I need to push the panic button!

Remove the power source from the camera. Locate the Reset button on the top of the body underneath the LCD display, adjacent to the speaker. Use a paperclip to press and hold the button for several seconds.

Described on page 149 of your XH A1 operator's manual.

You'll find a tiny hole on the top of the camera (I don't have one so I don't know exactly where it is). You can use something like a paperclip to reset it.
