Audio on XH-A1
 

When I go to the XLR inputs with a Sony mike on channel one and a wireless on channel two auto works but manuel does not. I turn both nobs clockwise all the way and I can not hear a thing. On auto it comes out ok if I turn on the +12db in the menu. What am I doing wrong?

If you look closly the dial says to turn counter clockwise to increase volume. It was too dark for me to notice when I was under the gun.

Ha! Ha! I did exactly the same thing on my first outing with the camera. Presenter seemed a little quiet. Subtly tried to boost the levels a little... and they got even quieter!

Yeah, the backward knobs threw me too the first time out.
