Preset cycling
Thanks Chris, a big help.
It appears to me that when cycling through the custom presets via the select button, it first goes through the 9 internal and then the 18 on the card - is that correct? Not knowing this, I replaced a bunch of the internals with the card presets - any way of getting the internal (default shipped) presets back? Thanks again. |
Hi Ron,
That's 9 in the camera and 20 on the card. There were three pre-configured presets that came with the camera; they are CP numbers 7, 8 and 9. They're supposed to be write-protected, but if you've inadvertantly changed them, there are a couple of ways to get them back, as described on page 82 of your operator's manual. You can hard-enter each one using the individual CP details for those presets which are listed on that page, or you can perform a system reset (menu: System Setup: Reset All : Yes) which will clear all customizations that you've made to the camera and also restore those original factory-included presets. I suppose I could add them to the download library as well for the sake of convenience... will try to get that done soon. Hope this helps, |
