Panalook 2.0 preset.
I just noticed in the list of presets no. 18 is listed as PANALOOK.
In post 210 on page 14, Steven Dempsey amended that to PANALOOK 2.0 which suits skin tones better, to me anyway and I use it generally outdoors. Can anyone confirm its P 2.0 in the list. Apologies Chris, after all your valuable work I'm not with the preset police :) Cheers. |
I have always been a fan of Panalook, then Panalook2. The post you referenced should be the latest as far as I know. I really like this preset too.

Chris my guess is, it's the original PANALOOK preset in the library above and version 2 on page 14 otherwise Chris would have named it '2'. Ya think :)
Using a combination of version 2 and some mods, Pa Pa on another forum made this which gets quite a few nods of approval. Try it out when I can. PANAVISION by Pa Pa. Cine gamma: 2 Knee: Low Black: Medium Ped: -8 Setup: -5 Sharpness: 2 HDF: Medium CMX: 1 CGN: -15 R:14 G:15 B:16 All the rest zero. Cheers. |
Sorry for muddying the waters with my confusion.

Speaking of confusion, if you're trying out presets (eg: the one above), name it. I only have a couple which I know well, but another cameraman got lost because I hadn't named them.
Cheers. |
