Vimeo Settings

Can anyone tell me the best settings to put a video on Vimeo - my clips are mostly in HD but i have some on SD - require good results but keeping the file within vimeo's limits

For high def you want to go for a resolution of 1280x720 at 5000kb per second with h.264 compression and aac 128. There are help files on vimeo with more details.
