Capture from 30F to Quicktime

I would like to capture 30f tapes to Quicktime Native (HDV), I don't have access to FCP. I do have have FCE3,5, IMovie 06 and Quicktime Pro.
What do you recommand?

I don't believe you can capture 24 or 30F with anything but FCP, at least 5.4.2; but I could be wrong.
