What's wrong with the capture?
Sorry for such a vague title but I've just couldn't find an appropriate one.
Can anyone please tell me why I get this effect when capturing? It is not always as bad as in these images, but it is present. When playing back on a HD TV attached to the camera everything looks normal. I exported it anyway and in the final footage the effect was still present, but very diminished. I watched the footage on a 24" EIZO monitor (not the HD model). Thank you very much, Petre. www.npetre.ro/fcp/1_bad.jpg www.npetre.ro/fcp/2_bad.jpg |
These are interlaced lines. If you export to the same resolution 1440x1080, make sure you select the field order as "Upper". If you export anything smaller than that resolution, you will need to Deinterlace the footage to get rid of those comb lines.
