Re: Xc10 $1499.00
I click the link from the forum this morning it wa $1499.00. I called Canon to order the Rep said he has to call corporate to get an approval on the price. Waiting to hear back. The price was the same on his end there were two in stock.

Re: Xc10 $1499.00
It still reads $1499, but when you add it to the cart it's $2499. Keep us informed on whether they honor that price or not.

Re: Xc10 $1499.00
I never received a return call so I call Canon USA this morning and found out that my order was canceled. The Rep informed me that it was a mistake with the pricing and they would not honor the $1499.99 price. The Rep I talked to yesterday said that $1499.99 was the price of the camera and they had two in stock. I ask to speak to a supervisor he offered me a small discount if I was willing to pay $1999.99 for the camera lol. NO THANKS

Why do you think Canon's tagline is "see impossible", they take this very literally. :)

Re: Xc10 $1499.00
You can get a new XC10 from Pro Video and Tape for $1700 - they're listed as open box on their ebay store but I got one and looks brand new, unopened, with full warranty. It also includes a 64gb Cfast 2.0 card ($220 value) and a Cfast reader ($50), so it ends up being under $1500 for the camera.
Here's the ebay store link: You can also call Pro Video and ask if they'll sell it to you for even less than their listed price, which they've done for me in the past. |
Re: Xc10 $1499.00
The eBay link says that it's no longer available, that there was an error in the listing.
