XA10 User's Manual
 

The manual is out and can be dowloaded from Canon's USA site

When I click on the link, I get the following message:

Referral Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://downloads.canon.com/cpr/software/video/Canon_XA10_IM.pdf" on this server.

I get the message "referral denied" when I click on the link.

That is because you use Firefox. The build in security functions blocks the download, as it is from another site. On a Mac the Safari browser will handle the download just fine. I do not know about Internet Exlporer

I have the same problem. I'm using Internet Explorer.

Folks, try the proper Canon website link:

Canon U.S.A. : Support & Drivers : XA10

And click the link for the manual. They're probably checking the referrer and don't recognise DVinfo.net or something like that, probably an effort to avoid hotlinking to files for various reasons.

On a PC, the direct link only worked in Chrome (opening with its own PDF viewer instead of Adobe Reader), it didn't work in Firefox or IE8 for me. And not worth the bother of poking around in the settings to by pass that check.

Just go to Canon USA site, under camcorders choose professional, look forXA10, then for info,brochures etc.. and look for the pdf file marked Manual.
