Exporting HV10 Footage from FCP?

what method are you guys using when exporting video from FCP? Are you using Quicktime Conversion? and if so, what vide settings are you using for Size to get the best quality? When ever i choose Current Dimensions i get 1488x837. so I need to force it to something else?
