Hv-10 and Final Cut Express

I just noticed that FC Express has a new upgrade 3.5.1 for specific hardware issues.
Has anyone used the HV-10 with FC Express ???

Do you know if FC Express has any issues recognizing the HV-10 thru Firewire or if this upgrade addresses issues with the HV-10

It seems to work well with iMovie 6.0.3
