How Long Till HFS10 Price Drop? Is it much better than the HF11?

I couldn't find the specs on the low light difference between the HF11 and the HFS10 so I'd like to hear how much difference there really is. Also, when would the price drop to the current HF11 level? When do they release refurbished cameras?
