How to turn off AGC and Image Stabilization Settings on HV30

I've done it before, but this morning I cannot find how to turn off AGC for audio and how to deactivate Image Stabilization for my HV30...

Specific details are found on page 38 for Img. Stab. and page 61 for Audio Rec.

Func. > Menu > Camera Setup > Img. Stab. > On

Joystick > Set to display Guide > toggle up to Mic > toggle left or right for Rec. Level

Mode switch must be set to P for both operations... hope this helps,
