GL2 head cleaning
 

I wonder how the Mack Camera people clean the video heads? Under the warranty program you can send your camera every year (say you have a 3 year warranty) to have the heads cleaned. Do they just just the same old method I would use? the cleaning head tape or do they take the unit apart and do a good cleaning? Anyone know what is really done. Thanks Steve
