PC Connection to Hot Shoe Adapter
 

Any one knows about it, and how it is connected to camera or power adapter.
I would love the ability to mount my DM-50 on the hot shoe and VL-3 light on something like this.
Or may be someone knows how to remake it to work.
may be connect it to DC connector on the camera?

Anybody knows what is that DC connector on the side of camera is for? Like Volts, Amps +, - etc.
