Audio quality from the Canon 1DX MK2
 

From numerous reviews there seems to be no question that the 4K video quality is very good on the Canon 1DX MK2, however, I am still in the dark regarding the audio quality. I haven't had a chance to test this camera out yet and may consider purchasing one if the audio is clean with no hissing. I plan on using an external mic like the Rode. I don't want to record the audio on a separate device. I often record wildlife in a very quite environment so I only want to record the sounds of nature not the camera noise. I have been using my trusty C300 for wildlife filming since its release with excellent results, however, I need to start shooting 4K 60P. This might be an ideal camera for all my wilderness backpacking trips. Any audio / 4K video reports that you share about this camera will be appreciated.
