5d2 + hdv(xh-a1) + cs3 = ??????
 
Hey everyone,
I'd like to mix my 5D2 footage with my XH-A1 HDV footage in CS3.....does anyone have any recommendations of what to frame rate to shoot at on my XH-A1? I'm thinking the easiest thing to do would be shoot 30f on my XH-A1 and edit in CS3 with that preset? Import the 30fps 5D2 footage and edit away?

BTW, is 5D2 footage 30p or 29.97fps?

5D footage is 30p. I've shot 30f on the XH-A1 and mixed them successfully, although you'll need to slow down the XH-A1 footage to 99.9% speed in order to keep them in sync (or you could try conforming the 5D footage to 29.97)
