Follow focus hard stops

I just got a Redrock ff and it's great, but the problem I have is that when using the Canon lenses the focus ring on the lens continues to move even after you have passed infinity, causing any focusing marks you have made to change. The gear fits tightly and the ff is set up properly, its just the design of the lens that allows the focus ring to keep moving. It seems like hard stops would fix the spinning issue but there are none available for the Redrock. Has anyone found any solutions or fixes I might try?

This is the same concern I'm having -- before I buy a follow-focus, I'd like to make sure it has hard stops.
