Does 7D shoot interlaced or progressive ftage at 25p

Hi there. Just bought 7D. Looked at four video clips I shoy , three said in their property details that they were progressive, and the fourth said upper field first!

Could someone please confirm which format it shoots in or do you have the choice?

25p, the p is for progressive.
