OK, I don't know if this one has been done before. I did a quick search and didn't find it.

Nobody answered, so I looked at the boxofficemojo.com list of 'President' type movies and will make a guess based on the 'outsider' tone of the quote:
'Man of the Year'

Sorry Bill. Think along the story line of Risky Business but made after 2000.

Andy, you're on the right track. There are actually two movies that I know of with this exact title. One made in 2007 is based on a Jack Ketchum novel and is a very dark drama. Then there is the movie that these quotes are from, a 2004, coming of age comedy.

Andy, I thought someone would jump in by now. Must not be many stopping by these days.

Here's an easy one that may get the game rolling again:

Character 1: It doesn't bother you? Killing all those people?

Character 2: Well, I wouldn't be very good at my job if it did.

I've been stopping by. I've just been beset by a protracted plague of intellectual paralysis. These last several rounds (including this one) are uncomfortably humbling to me.

Perhaps there are others lurking as well. And if they're like me.....well, I just know that I have no guesses of notable merit to offer.
