Arriraw to DNxHD workflow questions
 

I'll be transcoding Arriraw footage into DNxHD36 on Avid on a MacPro to be edited on a MacBook laptop.
Would you have any recommendations as to better ways of doing it?
Would Adobe Media Encoder or DaVinci Resolve do a better job at encoding?
Is there anything I need to be aware of that may not be very clear?
Is there a recommended workflow?

Once I edit the dailies, I will then share them with an online editor, what is the recommended workflow to do that?
