why horizontal banding on my dvd?
 

Hi,
I have an odd problem. I take hg10 1440x1080 60i and go thru hdlink to avi. no change size,rate and still interlaced. Then to procoder to 480p to m2v and ac3. then to encore cs3 for dvd. Now the Dvd looks good on toshiba crt tv built in dvd, a hd westinghouse with built in dvd, my playstation3 thru scaler to my older dvi 720p samsung hdtv. BUT when I play it on my toshiba HA2 to the samsung via component......the motion is horribly banding. no change if changing the HA2 to 480p out or 720p.......why the difference?
