Atomos Shogun touch screen not working
 
Hi, I just wondered if I'm missing something. I have a brand new Atomos Shogun, fresh out of the box.
The touch screen worked briefly, though poorly, with it taking 2-3 taps on an icon to get it to work. Now, about five minutes in it has become 100% non-functional. The screen is not locked and I've cold booted it. Nothing from the screen will respond to input. The power button is the only thing that works (which is how I can confirm it's not locked - though lock/unlock work) so the device is active.

Suggestions or ship it back?

Not sure what the issue is, but try posting here. You might get a faster response.

Fastest response will be to return it and get a replacement unit.

Powered it up again today and it worked fine for the first few minutes, then got less and less responsive. I sent in for an RMA. Sayonara Shogun!
