Sorry, I don't know if this is the appropriate forum...
I often hike/climb etc. in Norway, and usually have some rope e.g. 9mm static cord with me for safety. Has anyone tried rigging up a 'space trolley contraption' to take shots? I suppose it would need some kind of brake or similar, as well as a method of preventing the cam from swinging too much (weights below?). Just curious if someone's tried this....I think you could get some pretty cool shots...e.g. over cliffs, rapids etc...
