Any users of the AT 100 receiver that can answer this for me?
The AT web site mentions a "mounting pouch," but the B&H web site says the pouch is for the transmitter, not the receiver, though the product photo shows the receiver in some sort of cloth enclosure.
Thanks for any info.

It is probably too late to answer, but you are right, the pouch is for the receiver and NOT the transmitter

Stas,
I presume you are talking about the A-T U100 wireless system. If so, there is a pouch available for the receiver. It is made of a nylon type material (like that used for camera bags) and has a stainless steel clip for mounting or clipping on a belt. I clip mine over the external battery bracket on the my XL1s' MA100 XLR input adapter.
The pouch has openings for the connectors, but the receiver need to come out to change the batteries, but that is not an issue.
The pouch now ships with the system.
If you contact A-T in Stow Ohio, ask for parts and they can help you get one.

The pouch/case you are talking about is now included when you purchace the system.
