What kind of lense did you use. Im not totally up on the alternate lenses for the XL.

Did you do some colour correction in post or is that as is?

yeah Im sure it would have the exact same effect.


as for lenses I have a 15-30mm Sigma 3.5, 50mm nikon f2, and a pheonix 70-210mm 3.5

I've often said we make our own good luck in this video game, but Lady Luck sure smiled down on me last weekend. As the guests were tucking into their wedding breakfast I thought I'd set the Z1 up and get a shot of the marquee against the grey skies of evening.

Well, here's what happened. I was going to simply timelapse the grey skies, but unknown to me I was exactly on axis with the setting sun, and when slowly the sun broke free from the clouds it illuminated them beautifully from underneath.

This is at 4200x on the timeline. It lasts all of 14 seconds.
