I have a guy that's hiring me to shoot his golf swing so he can analyze it. He'll want to slow it down and be able to review it frame by frame. I have some idea of what I'm gonna do but anyone else have any advice? Thanks in advance!

How critical of a look is your customer wanting to get?

I've done it with my VX1000 and the issue I've run into is the 30fps frame rate doesn't allow for a very fine review of the swing.

If your editing software allows you to break the fields apart and line double them it might give you a frame rate high enough to make it work better.

Obviously a high shutter speed.

If you are a golfer yourself try a test looking at your own swing before you agree to do it as a paying gig.

In order to get usable images in slomo, you need high frame rate and shutter speed unless he slows his swing down which will effectively change his swing.
One thought is multiple cameras and multiple takes.
Like Chris said do the test.
